WEEK 6 RECAP

COMMISH NOTES: 

The Devils took care of business this weekend - Sparky rode and mounted the Buffs for like the 73rd consecutive year. 

And be still my heart did anybody catch the Wake Forrest Boston College 3 to ZERO barn burner ? It was like riding the space shuttle during re entry with the window down gacked up on 12 espressos while shrieking Globus monkeys smack you in the head with a mallet !!!

The Bugeaters continue to FAIL ! Losing in the last seconds of games is now the norm for Big Red. Hey Poleo are you missing Coach Bo right about now ?

Imagine you're a Miami fan and you just lose to Florida State and then you have to sit on the bus all the way from Tallahassee to Miami with this guy !

Here's my semi weekly collection of sad and confused fans - this week we feature the Georgia Bulldogs during their miserable loss to Tennessee.

WEEKLY WINNER

File under the category "there's something fishy here" - Laddie Fromelius won the pool for the 2nd time this season scoring an impressive 15 win week. What's most surprising is that when Ladmo joined the pool he thought it was a Pokemon figurine collecting and trading web page.

WEEKLY LOSER

We had a 2 way tie for last place this week between Mark Hodgson and Jenny Mayberry who each had only 5 correct guesses.                              

Mark spends his days in the deep forrest of the Pacific northwest hunting for Bigfoot. He recently informed the Commish he's perfected his "Bigfoot Bait" which consists of equal parts gummy bears, malt liquor, and liquid nails mixed in a slop bucket. Good hunting Hodg !

Obviously Jenny didn't take the Commish's advise about sticking to the kitchen and laundry room and attempted to make her own picks without the advise of her husband or father this week - now Jen be a good girl and make the Commish a Dagwood before the next game starts ! 

OVER ALL LEADER AND LUNKHEAD

There is currently a 3 way tie for 1st place in our glorious pool between Ladmo "What is 2nd Place" Fromelius, "Clueless" Dick Kiburz and Dave "I'll buy the next round" Chapman each coming in with an impressive season record of  71 and 49. The 3 of them will be signing autographs at the Stuckey's outside of Amarillo this Tuesday night between 3am and 3:15am.

Andy "Shortbus" Spellman is currently the pool bottom feeder posting a completely awful record of 45 and 75 after 6 agonizing weeks. Andy currently lives under the front porch of his parents house - that is until his parents come home from vacation next week then the hunt for a new crawl space begins again !
